Tribeca ClayWorks was one of the first ceramic studios in Tribeca to offer pottery classes. For the past 30 years we have been providing classes in handbuilding, wheel throwing, and everything in between to children of all ages and adults. In 2008 we joined Manhattan Youth Downtown Community Center. As part of Manhattan Youth we have been able to expand our studio space and grow our community based programs.

Our classes are taught by professional ceramic artists. They bring to the table a full range of expertise, encouraging and guiding students to creatively explore the clay medium. Our studio is fully equipped with pottery wheels, a slab roller, clay extruder, electric kilns and lots of space to work. Our classes are designed for all levels.
